How to Start a Return

All returns require an approved Return Authorization (RA) before any item is shipped back to us. Do not send items without prior authorization, they may be refused.

Request a Return Authorization
Click "Start a Return" and complete the form with your order number, return reason, and contact information before shipping anything back.

Receive your RA number
Our returns team reviews the request and sends your Return Authorization number and approved return address when the return is approved.

Ship only after approval
Please do not ship items back without authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Inspection and processing
We inspect returned items for original packaging and resalable condition before issuing any approved refund.

Return Requirements

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the invoice date. To qualify, the item must meet these requirements when it arrives back at our warehouse:

  • Item is in original packaging
  • Item has not been used, installed, damaged, marked, or altered
  • Item is in fully resalable condition
  • Return is requested within 30 days of the invoice date
  • A valid, approved RA number was issued before shipment
Items that are used, installed, damaged, marked, or no longer in sellable condition may be denied or subject to review. If you're unsure, contact us before shipping.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees cover the cost of receiving, inspecting, and returning items to inventory.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns may be approved beyond 30 days on a case-by-case basis, up to 90 days from the invoice date, depending on the item and situation.

  • Approval is not guaranteed after the standard return window
  • Items must still be in original packaging and resalable condition
  • A Return Authorization is required before shipping anything back
  • The approved return address will be provided after the request is reviewed

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories cannot be returned regardless of condition. Contact us before placing an order if you need to confirm eligibility.

Shipping & Damaged Items

Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original shipping carton, packaging materials, and damaged item. Take photos of the package and product, then contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the claim process.

Contact us your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Visible damage should also be reported to the carrier upon delivery when possible.

When damage is verified through the approved claim process, no restocking fee applies and we assist with the carrier claim.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility when the return is due to customer error. If the item was shipped incorrectly or the issue was caused by us, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds, when approved, are issued for the product only. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shortages & Shipping Mistakes

Any missing items, incorrect items, or discrepancies between the order received and the packing list must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Small items may be packaged together or placed inside a larger carton.

Hunting-bow.com may not be able to resolve discrepancies reported after 10 days unless the issue can be verified.

Refused / Undeliverable Shipments

Please do not refuse a shipment unless instructed by our team. Refused or undeliverable orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable freight charges.
